SCALE & SIZE
Items listed on this shop are mostly 1/12 (typical dollhouse scale) to 1/6 scale (fashion doll scale) unless otherwise specified. Some items may be suitable for different scales. Physical measurements of all items are listed in each item description.

You will also find here Re-ment collections. Re-ment is a Japanese brand of collectible miniatures. Re-ment does not have a set scale, there can be different scales within a single set in a collection. In general, smaller Re-ment items like food are suitable for 1/12 to 1/6 scale, while bigger items like furniture are suitable for 1/12 scale or smaller.

PROCESSING TIME
The time to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order prior to shipping. We ship out every Tuesday and Friday.

SHIPPING
We offer fully trackable worldwide shipping via Korea Post.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ppppinhome is not responsible for delays due to customs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at ppppinhome@mail.com
An administration fee of 5% of the total will be charged for cancellation. Cancellation is not possible after an order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Conditions of return
Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
